I received my chairs yesterday and i just finished assembling my 4 chairs today which took me 2 long hours! It would have been an easy assemble if it not for the holes that's not aligned. What i have discovered is its easier to put the screw in without the small "circle" with it. I dont know the name of that part but ill post a pic of what im talking about. if you opt out that small part, you screw will have flexibility to find the hole.Two chairs wasn't sturdy. It rocks side to side. Easy fix is i had that small "circle" I didn't use and used it to level the chair stands. If you are handy man/woman, you might be done 15-20 mins per chair.The chairs have ballpen marks in 2 of my seats. I wil try to remove them and see if it'll be gone. If i cant, i might return two of the chairs.If everything went right to begin with, these would have been a 5 stair chair!Update as of 9/18/2017They decided to send me one replacement chair after calling Amazon customer service which is great! The problem is the replacement they sent me still has a black ink in the back rest! Tried brushing to remove it but wouldn't! ??? This time it took me 15 mins to assemble! 2 holes still didn't fit but i followed my instructions above. It was uneven so still i applied the same fix i did before!
