I own a Modway outdoor dining set in this chair’s design and that dining set has never rusted and is holding up in California weather, so it was only natural to find matching lounge chairs for the pool. We ordered 2 of these chairs and they arrived on time. One of the boxes came damaged, but the chair was protected pretty well and no damage to the product. It only took 10 mins to assemble each chair - the frame and 2 sets of legs to screw onto each other. It’s been 4 months and the chair looks like it’ll hold up for a few years and I haven’t seen any rusting on our pool deck. The mesh seating is pretty stiff but slightly flexible when you sit on it. If you like really soft and cushy seats, then order an extra lounge pillow to lay on top. I love Modway products. They’re a bit pricey but worth it.My goal was to find functioning, good quality lounge chairs for my rooftop to sun tan and this product has lived up to that. The chairs came mostly assembled each in its own large box. The only pieces you have to attach yourself are the legs, which is relatively easy to do and the tools you need (Allen wrench [hex key] and screws) are provided. The chairs are lightweight and the mesh fabric is also light and breathable. The aluminum frame looks sleek and should blend in well with most patio furniture. When purchasing, be aware that you must select a delivery date/time as the seller uses a delivery service (not an Amazon vehicle/driver) which makes it somewhat delayed vs. 2-day prime shipping but given everything going on with a global pandemic, I was fine waiting. Note: there is NO additional charge for delivery, if you have prime at least.Looks great on my patio. Only reason I can’t give it a 5 star rating is because putting it together was a little difficult because the base wasn’t lining up perfectly. Was able to resolve with a hammer. Other than that issue, minimal assembly and easy. These lounges have an updated look and not hard to assemble. Seem a little expensive for how lightweight they are -- have to put away if it's windy.Easy to assemble, comfortable and light weight. Hard ware is not corrosion resistant and washout can stain flooring. It’s a basic lounger that rolls. Perfect for the back yard.Easy to assemble and comfortable. Took a month to get delivered due to high demand I guess. But worth the waitI bought four of these to use around the pool. On the plus side, they are attractive looking and not expensive as these types of chairs go. The problem is that when the chaise is unoccupied and the adjustable back is in any position other than flat, a wind can catch the back and throw it all the way forward. That done, the design of the chaise is such that the thrown forward adjustable back will tear the sling on the body of the chaise at either rear side. That is the beginning of the end of your chair. In two seasons only, this happened to all four chairs. When I called ModWay to see about replacement slings (assuming I could figure out the install) they impolitely told me that they don't sell part for their chairs.A better design would allow the adjustable back to lay completely flat not only in the all the way back position but also when the adjustable back is forced or even placed accidentally in the all the way forward position. I would not buy these again. Instead I am buying 4 Polywood chaises (I know, it's a different look) which are also attractive and while a little more expensive, are virtually indestructible.
