I got two chairs, but one of them had apparently been returned by another customer. The plastic around the chair was torn open and the packet of hardware (screws, washers, etc.) had been torn open and the pieces were scattered inside the chair seat. Some of the pieces of hardware were missing. I contacted customer service and described the situation and explained that I couldn't install the legs on one of the two chairs. I got a response back the next day and told that a new packet of hardware would be sent, but I might have to wait for it a while. Well, five days later, the packet of hardware showed up in my mailbox. Now I can install the legs on the second chair. I was blown away how fast the extra hardware arrived. And it appears the packet came from China because of the writing on the outside of the FedEx package. It arrived so FAST! I'm so impressed by the customer service. The chairs are beautiful, and I'm totally satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend this company.I originally thought the chairs were delivered without legs but they are contained in bottom zipped section under chair. We’ll see how it goes putting them togetherI absolutely love these chairs, they were easy to assemble and they are pretty sturdy and I get a lot of compliments when guests see them and can’t believe I ordered them off of Amazon. I was happy to see these chairs arrive in the time frame given by the company. Good communication given to keep me up to date on tracking my items. They look just as described; and fit in well with some other chairs I used at the same table. They are black, but have a blue tint to them. I really like them and plain to order more in the future.The chairs are absolutely beautiful & comfortable. The chairs are the same ones I’ve been wanting elsewhere, but these are a way better deal for two chairs! I rated the chairs a 4 because of the troubles I had when assembling the chairs. When you get the chairs you have to attach the legs yourself. I ordered 4 chairs. One of the legs did not fit the pre- drilled slots to attach the legs to. The company made it way to small or made the chair leg too big. My dad had to saw down one of the legs in order for it to attach to the chair. If it wasn’t for him, I would had to send the chair back. In one of the photos submitted, you can see how the pre-drilled/cut holes to attach the legs was too big for the leg itself, it was cut very odd. My only complaint is that the measurements were not accurate to put the legs into, most of the holes are slightly bigger & I had that one chair leg that was too big.The chairs are amazingly soft amazingly comfy tons of compliments they look gorgeous. I did have a little trouble with the legs lining up the screws and the holestook a bit. But the process it took to finally receive them was strenuous. Although the company responded very quickly was very helpful and sent out replacement chairs. I think there shipping method just isnt good. The first set was late got lost second set came open and dirty missing peices box was destroyed. Looked like it encountered a Tasmanian devil in route. But totally worth the wait. Third time a charm.
