I'm using this with a Alvin Home Indoor Height Adjustable Griffin Black Computer Task Drafting Chair. The original casters on the chair rolled so easily on our wood laminate floor, that I feared an accident each time I sat on or got up from the high drafting chair. The foot glides have totally eliminated the problem and the fear and I find that I sit much more still now, which I like. Sliding has NOT made any marks on my floor. I give my highest recommendation.
