As for the product I would say it's a piece of very cheap material plastic and the diffuser cracks and breaks down within a short period of time. But at this point I'm not looking for anything great just a swap out of the plastic diffuser but the real headache is FedEx. Because they either lost it or the driver doesn't want to deliver or the driver can't find it but every day they tell me it's in transit and then when it doesn't arrive they tell me it wasn't on the truck.So how is this possible?
