The item came with all the necessary pieces to put it together relatively easily. The screw holes on some areas had to be manually started because they were a bit tight where a bolt is used. At one spot under an armrest, the whole didn’t perfectly lined up but we were able to work it in and because the material acts like a softwood we were able to make it work. After they put together they look gorgeous. They support heavy weight with no problem. I would guess that each one weighs just under 30 pounds. They have nice armrest. A wider seat will make people that are a bit large feel very comfortable. The color is very vivid. When putting it together all you have to do is to add the armrest and the sides and some support bars. The back and bottom are pre-put together. I do feel like it was a good value and I do feel like this will last a long time and look fantastic in my garden. These are very comfortable. They will not fall over during a storm. I feel like these will be fine left outside year-round in rain and snow.****Updated.After winter these held up fine as expected.We've been using this chair for a couple of months now. It stays outside in the weather. It feels very solid and still looks like new. We didn't even need to get a cushion, as it's fine for us without. It does not blow around in the wind like past outdoor furniture, probably due to it's heft. There is some assembly required, but it's easy if you actually read the directions. I power driver will speed up the process of assembly.Went together easily. Very sturdy.One chair was gray and on another chair the screw holes were not lined upMy first piece of furniture I have put together myself! Super easy and in very few steps. Great quality.The 1st chair was fine however, the second can't be assembled. The holes do not line up and bolts are missing. I sent these chairs to my daughter for Christmas presents. She is now on Doctor's orders not to drive or have any weight bearing for her surgically repaired ankle. She will not be able to return item to UPS .I am now down in Florida for the season and can't help her out. Suggestions???
