We have had the chairs just over a month. While not the most comfortable, they served its purpose. However, as shown in the picture, the chair ripped already! I am not overweight, nor was I doing anything ridiculous. I was simply turning. I am very disappointed and of course, returns are not eligible as of 7/20! Not a happy girl right now!Update: while I am still disappointed in the chair quality, customer service has been excellent and they issued me a partial refund for the one chair. I just wanted to amend my review to include my satisfaction with the company itself.
