replaced one just like this one but it was all canvas and therefore heavier. This is vey lightweight, opens easily and is comfortable. Not sure how long the mesh seams will hold up.I bought this for my dog!I've had this for 4 or 5 months now and so far it's holding up well. It's very comfortable and easy to fold and unfold. Just grab behind the head and the middle of the seat area and lift up to fold.Very comfortable and easy to take with us!Bag is made out of windbreaker material, and started to tear from seams after only 2 uses.The travel bag is big and bulky. The strap is quite short, making it uncomfortable to carry over your shoulder.The attached cup holder is flimsy and isn’t large enough to fit travel mugs.I own similar style chairs from other manufacturers that have held up for over 5 years, but not sure that I’ll be able to say the same about this product.Chair is so comfortable you can sleep in it.Update 12-18-2022So I’ve had this chair for a month or so and I haven’t really used it that much. I’ve probably used it 3 times and my daughter maybe 4 times and the seam is already coming apart right under the left thigh where in my first review, I stated that this area was one area of concern. I’m barely 150 pounds and my daughter is barely over 100 pounds so I don’t know how the seam is already coming apart. I’m definitely returning the chair since I didn’t like the initial impression the first time sitting in it anyways.(Original review)I do a lot of camping and decided I needed a better chair to sit in beside those generic folding chair we all have. This one seems to fit the bill. Light weight, and most importantly breathable/mesh so the camp fire smell doesn’t linger on it.I just received it today and sat in it to test the feel, comfort and ease of use of it. I will say it’s really light for being a decent size chair. It seems fairly sturdy. My one complaint is that it’s not as comfortable as I thought it’ll be. Yes, it’s mesh material but I thought I would sink into the seat a little bit more and be more comfortable but that was not the case. I had an Ozark over size moon chair which they discontinued, and man was they comfy. You sink into them like a cloud. Maybe I’m being too harsh but while on this chair I can feel the tension areas on my bum bum. Right under the thighs and right along the outside of my thighs is where I feel enough tension from the mesh for it to be bothersome. Hopefully over time the material will becomes looser and be more comfortable but I will most likely keep this chair. But in my honest opinion this chair isn’t quite worth $80.using as a fun chair to sit close to the fireplace or cozy up at any spot in the house. but this is also certain to become THE favorite chair in our group at sporting events next summer.
