The table was damaged in transit. I sent them pictures and they promptly refunded the price of the table. Damage in transit can happen to anyone and it wasn't anyone's fault. I was impressed with how they handled the issue. The chairs are very nice and exactly what I expected. I'm awaiting the replacement table I ordered.After putting these chairs together we noticed a slight design flaw on 5 of the 6 chairs. Thankfully the sellers offered advice on how to fix the item and it was very easy to fix. Another chair also had a broken seat rod. The sellers quickly sent out another seat. They responded to every email within 24 hours. We haven't had the chairs very long but hoping they can last the hash sun. This company has amazing customer service (that is hard to find nowadays) and I would buy from them again without hesitation.Assembly is straight forward. They're comfortable and light.
