Our set of 4 chairs arrived two days ago - love that fast Amazon shipping! It took two of us a good half hour to unwrap them. They are WRAPPED, but at least there is no assembly required. We learned the hard way not to use a box cutter to unwrap (faux) wicker furniture. So we used scissors to cut through the wrapping. Unfortunately, one of the wicker strands on the arm of one chair was broken and sticking out (it came that way). Not wishing to deal with returns, we decided to glue it back together. We got out the Super Glue and a C clamp. The C clamp didn't work, so we tried an adjustable wrench. That didn't grip hard enough, so we ended up using wire twist ties to hold the strand in place. During all of this, my thumb and forefinger got glued together. Note to self: turpentine doesn't work on Super Glue. Careful use of a sharp razor blade freed by fingers with no skin loss. This morning the last remnant of the glue finally came off. Back to the chair. The glue and twist ties worked well, and the chair now looks normal. All that said, we love the chairs. They're good quality for the money, very attractive and quite comfortable. We have ordered 4" thick U-shaped cushions for them and hope they fit.
